A Spitfire over Whitby

This image shows a Spitfire from the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight flying over Whitby, North Yorkshire in late August during 'Whitby Regatta 2012'.

The seagulls being disturbed by the noise look as though they are engaged in combat with the plane.
