Lord Montgomery Visits Guernsey_1

The Right Honourable Bernard Montgomery, 1st Viscount of Alamein also known as Monty and Field Marshal Montgomery came to Guernsey in May 1947.

This photo shows a crowd meeting and clapping him. The number '63' is written on the back of the photo
